(1) Items Collected
- Required Information: Name, Email address, Phone number, Company name

※ The above required and optional information includes both initially submitted data and any updates made later by the user.
Additionally, during service usage, the following information may be automatically collected
- Service usage data: Access logs, IP address, usage time/records, MAC address, cookies
- PC environment information: OS version, web browser version
- Mobile environment information: OS version, device ID

(2) Method of Collection
- Direct input by the user on METACORE-GLOBAL's data entry/modification screens

3. Retention and Use Period

- Collected personal information will be retained for 1 year (365 days) from the last login date based on METACORE-GLOBAL’s internal policy. After this period,
the account will be marked as dormant.
Dormant account information will be retained for an additional 1 year (365 days) after dormancy
or account deletion.
- In emergency situations such as natural disasters, epidemics, threats to life or safety, or urgent property damage, METACORE-GLOBAL may provide personal information to relevant
authorities without the data subject’s prior consent.
